Welcome Reception

The IAPCO Annual Meeting social programme kicks off with a Welcome Reception at the Rome Convention Centre La Nuvola for a mix of innovation and art. The famous new convention centre designed by Archistar Massimiliano Fuksas is one of the most iconic and impactful venues for national and international congresses in the Eternal City.

Italian Glam Night

Italian Glam Night, an evening to celebrate and flaunt our world-famous fashion and style. Whether that conjures up images of the elegant Marcello Mastroianni or the beauty of Sophia Loren or even the more recent Monica Bellucci. This is the Dolce Vita, Martini on the rocks and Vespas all rolled into one evening. It’s elegant, it’s smart, it’s chic, it’s Italian Glam Night.

Treasure Hunt

The Treasure Hunt is a Team Building and cultural activity that will be carried out in the center of Rome in groups, respecting the safety of all participants and following the anti Covid-19 regulation.

The Fragrance Tour Treasure Hunt combines fun and competition, stimulating teamwork between the participants, who at the same time will have the opportunity to discover some monuments and secrets of Rome in an original way, with the unique taste of an urban adventure.

All You Need to Know

  • Following the briefing, teams are left at liberty to decide upon their own autonomous itinerary ;
  • Participants are divided into different teams;
  • The hunt lasts approximately 3 hours;
  • The activity is performed exclusively by feet in the historic centre of Rome;
  • A device for taking photos (e.g. smartphone) is required during the game;
  • Each team will receive a kit containing:
    – Cards with clues, quizzes and photography tasks
    – Map of Rome, a pen, other tools useful for the game
    – Vouchers for ice creams

Informal Dinner

Saturday 12th February 20:00- 23:00

After a formal party with a touch of real Italian glam, it’s time for a traditional informal dinner in one of the most authentic areas of the city, Trastevere. Here the typical trattoria Meo Patacca will welcome all IAPCO members for a Roman dinner.

Fit for Future

The Roman poet Juvenal (ad. C. 60 – c. 130) coined the famous term ‘Mens sana in corpore sano’ or in other words, ‘a healthy mind in a healthy body’. For your physical and mental wellbeing, and the best way to start your Sunday – we have organized some fun, fitness activities for all levels. This could mean a relaxing hour of Yoga meditating the present and future, or it could be a power walk with IAPCO friends & colleagues, and if you’re even more ambitious a fun run is planned to activate those endorphins and energy levels – we’re thinking about being ‘fit for future’.
